The Chinese brand Hisense will soon offer in United States a 7-inch tablet whose specifications honorable considering its price. A device that could overshadow the Nexus 7 from Asus and Google.
Spotted by Slashgear, Hisense Sero 7 Pro has a 7-inch IPS screen displaying a definition of 1280 x 800 pixels, a quad-core Tegra 3 processor clocked at 1.3 Ghz identical to that of the Nexus 7, 1 GB RAM and 8 GB of storage space. Important detail: the model of Hisense has a mini-HDMI port and a microSD card slot, which can’t be found on Asus and Google model.
There are also connectors Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, two photo sensors 5 and 2 megapixel and a 4000 mAh battery, all running Android 4.2.1 with access to Google Play. Hisense Sero 7 Pro should be marketed and costs $149, while a more modest Lite version should be offered for $99.
Until now, no sale date has leaked, and it is not known if Hisense will offer these models in Europe. This model should be available in U.S. Walmart store in the coming weeks.
