After reports of overheating and explosions Samsung’s smartphone Galaxy S7, the company claims that there is no reason to worry.
In a statement that Samsung have released they state that there have been no internal defects with Samsung Galaxy S7 battery, or that are registered external damage.
“Samsung is behind the quality and safety among the 10 million units in the United States and there were no confirmed cases of battery failure. However, we found a number of external damage. As long as Samsung is not able to inspect the device, it is impossible to determine the real cause of any incident“, they said in a statement.
The man from Winniepega last week said to CTV News that the Galaxy S7 began to be heated in the pocket and exploded as soon as it is pulled out.
Galaxy S7 and Edge phones have long been on the market and the chance that some of these phones have serious problems with the battery are quite small. We remind, problems with battery of Note 7 phone appeared after a few months, and although from Samsung they posted an apology, but without causes of the problems, however it was pointed out that they are doing careful investigation.
