Optimus G: New High-End Smartphone From LG

LG just formalizing the Optimus G, a new high-end smartphone shipping with Android 4.0 in the South Korean market and the rest of the world at the end of the year.

The LG Optimus G is announced as the new flagship smartphone by LG equipped with a quad-core processor Snapdragon S4 Pro clocked at 1.5 GHz, a 4.7 inches screen with a resolution of 1280 x 768 pixels and 2 GB of RAM. This device also features a 13 megapixel camera sensor and a battery of 2100 mAh giving it a high autonomy.

LG also focuses on his G2 Touch Hybrid technology, presented a few days ago: it is a system that reduces by 30% the space between the protective screen and the LCD, offering an increased touch accuracy.

No price is announced or availability date for this specific terminal which arrives in South Korea in September and in Japan in October. Marketing in the world should still be at the end of the year.
