How To Make Galaxy Note 2 Multi-Window Menu Transparent?

One of great features that has been added inside Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is the Multi Window, which adds a split screen functionality to this device allowing users to simultaneously work trough two different applications.

When you enable this option it will appear on one side of your screen and it works only with few selected applications. If you use this window very often, this tutorial will show you how to make Multi Window task menu transparent so you can still see whats under it when you are switching applications.

To get started follow steps below:

Step 1: First you need to download this file from XDA Developers user with nickname kest874.

Step 2: Connect your phone with computer and copy previously downloaded file to your Galaxy Note 2 internal storage.

Step 3: On your phone press “Volume Up“, “Home” and “Power” buttons simultaneously to boot into “CWM Recovery“. Your device should boot in few seconds.

Step 4: Now create a Nandroid backup of existing ROM.

Step 5: From offered options choose “Install zip from SDcard” -> “Choose zip from SDcard“, and then scroll down the options and select “MultiWindowTheme.zip” file.

Step 6: Now you need to Reboot your Android system.

Step 7: When Android loads up and you open Multi Window menu it will be transparent.
